We have been part of Red Phoenix for 5 years now and all I have to say is we love it. Master Cha and his team of instructors are amazing, specially with kids. It's easy to tell teaching is their passion.

We absolutely love the school, great school with an amazing teachers. They are not just learning martial arts, but important values they’ll take with them as they grow. There is a strong sense of family among staff, kids and parents. We absolutely love this place!!Facilities are clean and they follow all covid protocols.

Seriously one of my favorite places. Such a great environment. The coaches, Jason and his son Andrew, are so encouraging and knowledgeable. A great workout without feeling like you are working out.

My wife and daughter go to Danforth Karate Academy and they love it. The instructors have integrity, are professional AND fun. When we enrolled my daughter into the school I wanted to make sure she would get the right balance of discipline and fun - basically not be scared off by it - and I can't believe what she is capable of doing and it's not even been a full year yet!Her confidence levels have boosted, she is becoming more agile and aware, stronger and disciplined. She also gets to take the family class with her mother - you can't beat that anywhere. Hands down I'm so happy they are being mentored and guided by the instructors at DKA - no gimmicks - straight up Karate.

I highly recommend Authentic Jiu Jitsu to anyone contemplating learning Jiu Jitsu. Professor Ben demonstrates a high degree of care for all of his students, the quality of the instruction and the cleanliness of the academy. I am especially impressed with the attention to safety while still promoting a challenging and competitive training environment. If you are looking for a great place to train and make friends this is the place to go.As a white belt just starting out I had some significant issues spazzing" when rolling (hopefully done with that now :) ) . Professor Ben was incredibly patient and took the time to work with me to calm me down. Once that happened rolling was a lot more fun and I was a lot more relaxed when rolling my training partners."

I had the pleasure of doing some private trainings with Tony while on a short visit to Toronto the holidays. I am a southpaw fighter and I specifically sought out Tony's coaching because of his experience developing several highly skilled and successful southpaw fighters at Diamond Muay Thai. I found him to be a very knowledgable and articulate trainer, showing me a ton of new techniques, which I am absolutely adding to my arsenal. I learned so much from the first training that I booked a second private with him - definitely worth the time!Add that the facilities are beautiful - top end pads and bags, as well as a very clean environment. I would absolutely come back to Diamond the next time I'm in town, and would highly recommend this gym to any locals looking to up their Muay Thai game.

I have both my boys attend after school program and all camps available. I am very happy that I have this services in my neighbourhood. I like the dojo, it is clean and well equipped, Staff is very kind and very helpful. My kids attended several tournaments and were able to win 1 and 2 places. They like their friends that they gained.Will definitely continue to bring my kids.
